Sinds 2022 is Tony Fonteyne Nationaal Secretaris, sinds 2016 gewestelijk secretaris ACOD Spoor Oost-Vlaanderen en treinbestuurder NMBS sinds 1999.
Hij is verantwoordelijk voor het nationaal sociaal overleg Belgische spoorwegen, opvolging CPBW Infrabel, veiligheid & welzijn op het werk bij Securail, treinbesturing, antiagressie, stationspersoneel, loketpersoneel en seinzalen Infrabel.
